The hotel is clean and the employees are very helpful and genuinely caring. The location is ideal, close to main shopping areas like the Westfield mall and within walking distance to the Flat Iron Building. Situated next to many bars, restaurants, and stores.

Breakfast offers a wide range of options, and the recently renovated room boasts a comfortable bed and lovely views of the bay.

The location here is fantastic, being close to wonderful restaurants, shopping areas, and museums.

The staff here was exceptional and incredible. My stay at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown Soma was truly enjoyable. The room was modern and spacious, and the hotel was kept spotless. Its convenient location near a major transportation hub made exploring the city a breeze, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience.

Great and easy location in San Francisco, close to Union Square, the Embarcadero, Financial district, and Montgomery BART station.
